MINI SPA

The Mini-Spa contains :

• A Sauna
• A Steam Room
• A Foot–Spa

It will accommodate a maximum of eight.

You are welcome to Book in advance, but payment (£7) must be made at the time of booking. If you book by phone, please advise your credit/debit card details.

The Mini-Spa is intended for use by those over 18 and in good health. If you are pregnant or suffer from high blood pressure, you should not use the Sauna or Steam Room.

Either men OR women OR mixed couples may use the sauna, but at different times. Thus if women are using it, use will be restricted to women, similarly for men or for couples.

You may book all the places in a session for a particular group if you wish. If you come as a group you may bring your own music, refreshments etc.

NO SMOKING.

Towel, Robe & Toiletries are provided, included in the price. Please ask at reception downstairs.
